RENT, CHARGES & TOURIST TAXES

The rental is payable in full upon handing over the keys, after deduction of the amounts paid upon reservation. The price includes the amount of rent, charges included. The tourist tax is to be paid on site per night and per person.

Note that for the months of November, December, January, February and March, a supplement of €20 per day will be applied for heating.

BAIL

A deposit of €1,200.00 (check not cashed) is requested when handing over the keys to cover possible damage, deterioration or disappearance of furniture and objects. This deposit will be returned after handing over the keys and after deduction, where applicable, of rental repairs, upon departure of the tenant or at the latest within one week.

Please note that charging your electric vehicle is not permitted in this accommodation.

SERVICES

Additional paid services are available, such as rental of linen for €8.00 including tax per person for the stay, free baby kit (high chair, travel cot, bathtub), and end-of-stay cleaning for €120.00 including tax. These additional services must be paid on the day of your arrival.
